Simon Holden Racing

September 3, 2016 By admin Leave a Comment

Well August finished with a whopping 91 points profit the Simon Holden Racing Club is off and running in September and if you’re not involved then please join us we are only going to get bigger and better as the flat ends and the Jumps beckon!

But before we start thinking about Cheltenham etc next week sees the final Flat Classic Festival of the year as all roads lead to Doncaster and the Town Moor for The St Leger meeting. Four days of top call group races and tough handicaps all building to Saturday and the oldest classic of them all The St Leger. The longest of the four Classics it takes a mixture of speed, class and stamina and can often be the trickiest puzzle to solve as it takes a very specific skill set.

At the Simon Holden Racing Club we will be betting big on all four days with at least four big bets each and every day. If you want to enjoy and be on the best value bets and the strongest inside info in the country then look no further and join me next week live from the Doncaster betting jungle (no place for a young lad).

On to today and a pretty decent Saturday selection so lets have a look at Ascot who stage a strong all round card. The 2.40 is the Albert Bartlett handicap and I’m looking to mash it up by giving you the winner.

If it wins why not chip in and join my service. If anyone is not getting these sponsor related puns please write to Albert Bartlett joke explanation department and they will saute you out. It’s a tough race for a decent prize and Ascot always attracts good fields as owners want to run their horses there. William Haggas has his string in blinding form and he has been banging them in this week and he runs Squats here. He has enlisted the services of Mr Happy himself Ryan Moore the worlds top jock. Squats is 10/1 with Bet365 who are paying 5 places. I think this is the each way poke of the season as I cannot see this one out of the frame at least. Forget Squats last run and look at his second in a top race before. There should be plenty of pace on today and Moore can swoop late then grimace through an interview with Rishi Persaud.

Have a great weekend and join me for Doncaster it’s going to be a biggie!

Back next Saturday.
