Well what an incredible touch we landed in last Saturdays Column with Vieux Lion Rouge winning as I said he would by pouncing late.

It was an example of what the Simon Holden Racing Club can do for you in 2017 as I have big exclusive gambles lined up for the King George and the Welsh National plus plenty more big races over the Festive period. This week we crashed through the 1000 point profit mark on the year! Proving without doubt this is the number one Racing Club on the market.
We race at Cheltenham today on their brilliant pre Xmas meeting where you can win a few quid to pay for the shopping and I think the card presents us with a really solid favourite in the shape of Nicky Henderson’s Vaniteux in the 1.15. Vaniteux was stuffed last time by Sire de Grugy who then gave the form a real Cadbury’s booster by bustling up Un De Sceux in the Tingle Creek.
Vaniteux looked awkward at times at Ascot and should be much happier round here. He is top weight but can outclass these and I think 5/2 with Bet365 is on the reasonable side!
I have other big gambles solely for club members today so put a membership of the Racing Club at the top of Santa’s list!
