Lets start this week with the bad bit… wasn’t Bobs Worth dreadful in Ireland last Sunday?
I will be surprised if we even see him in the Gold Cup now and protestations about the ground didn’t ring true.
Sprinter Sacre the Henderson Stable Star was schooling round Kempton Park the other day ahead of his comeback. The Don isn’t surprised there are such small fields around if racecourses are loaning themselves out for horses to have a jog round. I thought that’s why Trainers have gallops and schooling grounds?
Racecourses are for racing and betting and this is a practice that should be stopped pronto.
Sandown yesterday was ran on very deep ground and the first thing to write is that anything that ran here will need a break as some of the finishers really did stagger over the line. Long distance races on horrible ground like this are not always the greatest of spectacles.
I was particularly keen to get to the paddock to see my private service Max Bet Aurore D’Estruval and she looked very well. There was a feeling on course that she would be vulnerable on the ground but her action suggested she would love to me. I thought 11/10 we had in the morning was more than fair so you can imagine my amazement to see 13/8 popping up on the rails. The Don waded in and her sp of 6/4 was a cracker for us and yet another gaffe by the layers and Betfair lemmings.
2014 was a big year of profits for my private clients 384 points of clear profit and 2015 has started well with already a good profit showing. The Don did however have a bad run at the end of the year causing a few to seek pastures new. If I was joining a service for 2015 I would look at a proven service in my case over 1000 points of clear profit since being live. There have been several with big fanfares who have not cut the mustard when live and you need to be with a genuine on course pro who mixes info with form reading in my opinion. The grass isn’t always greener and the majority of my members who follow my staking plan TO THE LETTER are protected from inevitable bad runs.
The Bookmakers can be beaten and I know how to do it so if somebody else beats me over three months and arrives with a fanfare then you have a choice to make. Logic tells me you would be better off Trusting the Don but it’s all about opinions.
Join me, lets make significant long term profits in 2015 that are realistic and transparent at achievable prices.
Today I’m off to Plumpton, one of my very favourite tracks for their big day of the year. This is a very well run track who looks after its punters. Much bigger tracks could learn from this place believe me and if you’re near come along for a great day out.
Our Sunday Special is from the Oliver Sherwood yard in the 1.50 and is called Kilgeel Hill. I was present when he won last time and think there’s plenty of improvement to come. Take the 2/1 with Bet365 and back him to win.

Brick Red – Venetia Williams
Beaten by Mr Mole yesterday he made two howlers at the jumps and if he is made more use of and sent on bad ground he has a big two mile handicap in him. Events conspired against him here yesterday stick with him.
So make the right decision and Trust in the Don for 2015!
Back next Sunday.
