This service was recommended as being worth a look following a successful trial period on Punt Hub which is a betting publisher run by Ben Horne who cut his teeth at Racing Investors Club and knows what to look for from all aspects of a service. Among the successes at Punt Hub have been Classic Racing Gold. All services on the site have been through a public test of at least 100 bets before charging begins and there is usually a low cost initial period available to allow a chance to look at a service before committing larger sums. Well worth a look at the Punt Hub site if you have a few minutes. Another positive is the full results disclosure for all the site services.
We started the Full Go Review which had seen a successful trial and was now in subscription mode. The service offers as its main event 1 daily tip which the author backs himself and expects a good performance with 1 point level staking and a mere 40 point bank advised. In addition there may be comment offered on other races and in particular a summary of suggestions for ITV televised racing at the weekend. Other major races are also considered. And in his spare time our tipster also looks at football and offers irregular tips mainly in the match betting. We have recorded the main Bet of the Day selections for the purposes of the review.
Selections are advised by email usually close to the start of the days racing and give clear details of what is recommended including odds and where available. The quoted odds could generally be achieved at the time emails were received. Reasoning for the bet is provided and quite interestingly on no bet days there was comment on why the perhaps obvious candidate was not actually recommended. The impression given was of a tipster who knows his stuff and puts in the effort needed to offer a professional service.
Sadly, over the 3 months of the trial the service has achieved a 27% strike rate which is below the pre launch trial achieved and has resulted in a 15 point loss. Not quite what was expected and although the service remained professional and acknowledged the poor performance a decision has been taken to discontinue with immediate effect.
I think that this is a brave move as the situation was hardly disastrous and a return to former glories not out of the question. So we have a clear indicator that Punt Hub want their services to be profitable which is good news for punters. Quite why Full Go Racing has fully gone we will probably never know. But it has.
