The second round of the William Hill Greyhound Derby takes place this weekend with eight heats tonight and eight more tomorrow night, all the action is covered live on RPGTV ch 212 on Sky or online at the Racing Post or info.tv.
To be honest home is probably the best place to watch the action, after my visit to Wimbledon last Saturday to watch Bower Jerry’s derby interest end prematurely with a bump from the wide moving Priceless Sky at the first bend.
There is no decent vantage point to watch the action trackside, well not to see all the track including the finish, the best spot is in the old stand down at the 1st bend, but your guessing in a close finish! It’s a shame as the track was really buzzing with the Derby taking place. Lets just hope Paschal Taggert gets his way to be able to re-develop the stadium into something that dog fans and Londoners can all be proud off.
My Greyhound Derby Tips site started with a bang three winners from five selections last weekend giving us over 16 points profit. £160 to a £10 stake. I will be looking to supply my subscribers some more of the same this weekend. Today’s tips have already posted.
It’s not too late to join me and get this weekend’s selections.

Now I have been disappointed with not landing a free tip for a while, lets put that right with a Derby heat selection tonight. Slick Santiago let the side down last week when second place was the best he could muster 🙁
We are going back over to Wimbledon for tonight’s free tip, I’m against popular opinion but I can’t see why Laughil George is a 5/2 shot after clocking the fastest first round time, I know he is racing against leading ante post fancy Kereight King but I think George is over priced and he can land us the lolly.
