All eyes including mine have been on Cheltenham this week, the best racing week of the year in my eyes!
I planned my recent holiday to Barbados so I came back just in time for the festival. The trip was paid for courtesy of the bookmakers after I smashed them with my greyhound selections time and time again in 2012.
Come and join me in Barbados next year all you have to do is subscribe to my service, let me do the rest!
The highlight of my trip was a visit to Garrison Savannah Racecourse where I watched the 2013 Sandy Lane Gold Cup and I even backed the winner Aristodemus. Despite being heavily jet lagged from my return flight which landed Monday morning I dragged myself down to my local turf accounts which were noticeably empty (pre-cheltenham saving) to watch the semi finals of the Monmore Puppy Derby and the hearts of the dogs, bitches and Stayer’s Spring Festival Competitions.
I am brimming full of confidence, having watched these races, I feel I have identified two very strong selections for my subscribers in today’s Finals covered live in the betting shops.
I am looking forward to the first Sky greyhound coverage which takes place next Tuesday night at Wimbledon featuring two big races. The Racing Post Juvenile and The Springbok. It will be interesting to see how the new programme shapes up!
Hope all of you backed last weeks free daily tip Aero Rebel who I was very strong on.
Rebel was advised at 5/2 and was sent off 7/4f. The dog never looked like getting beat!
However it led to no new subscriptions which was a tad disappointing, so I am going to bang another free tip home and see if anyone cares to subscribe to my service for more greyhound winners!
The feature final at Romford tonight is the Coral on TV Hurdle Trophy Final and whilst I always try to avoid tipping up any of my own dogs, I think Farloe Bowser has an outstanding draw tonight and he can lead round with a vacant trap and four railer’s inside him. He was unlucky not to get round in front in the heats, if he traps as well tonight, he will take a lot of beating as he is very strong over this trip.
Track owners Coral offer a very generous 7/2 so it would be rude not to take it!
