Racing has a late season feel to it this week but there are still betting nuggets to be unearthed if you look closely for them.
At Power Naps we are on 56 points profit for the month and now we are edging towards an amazing 500 points profit with the current standing at 476 clear profit to small stakes at readily available prices which tells you all that you need to know about the service.
The Jumps season is still in its fledgling weeks but it really starts this weekend at Chepstow when the big beasts of the jungle start to bring out some of their better horses.
We will be featuring selections at Chepstow and then we really are into the NH action and we have big plans for record profits this Winter as some strong new contacts have been made which when added to form study and ratings should create a very fruitful six months punting.
Paul Nicholls is in the unusual position of starting the season as second favourite with Nicky Henderson being the man the Bookmakers think will be crowned Champion in April. Henderson has massive ammo to fire whilst Nicholls has lost a few stars and this may be a season of transition. However, I can tell you my best West Country contact tells me that Nicholls and his top owners have been on a huge spending spree this Summer to attempt to replace the likes of Denman and Kauto Star and has some mightily exciting unraced horses to unleash. Perhaps we shouldn’t write his chances of retaining his title off just yet. My gut feeling is it will be like last year and the one who wins the Grand National will be crowned champ.
But before that we have seven months of fantastic National Hunt action. Make this the season the one where you have the best info in your back pocket and turn the tables on the bookies.
At Power Naps we’ve got the points in the bag but we want lots more this season, it’s going to be our best yet!
Back next Thursday.
