Greyhound Master Tipster

May 23, 2014 By admin Leave a Comment

Up early Friday, despite my late night, still buzzing after Marco’s win at Hove. I set about sending out the newsletter and my free tip. I was looking to make it three free tip winners in a row and despite my own dog being in the race I went for Reel Trickyone advised at 11/8. I then set about sorting out a winner for my GMT subscribers and thought Silverview Rosay looked the one and put her up at 10/3.

Took a look at Saturdays 3rd round derby card before setting off to Romford. I spent the night with Mark Wallis and Sid Huett who were great company.

Silverview Rosay the 3/1f banged out and wasn’t for catching – a great start to the night for GMT followers and now could we land a second winner for them and the free tip with Reel Trickyone – yes we could as he catapulted from the traps and even better the local bookies pushed him out to be returned at 13/8. A good evenings work that’s three free tips in a row landed. Any new subscribers as a result?

Saturday saw another early start after a late night – it’s always important to put out your tips early on Sky covered nights. The prices can disappear quicker than Lewis Hamilton off the starting grid! Sent out three value bets to the derby tips service and then one solid bet to the GMT service. Time to read ding dongs diary – I was disappointed he felt he needed to keep his holiday to Malta quiet from subscribers as he had some derogatory comments in the past. At the end of the day we work hard every week win, lose or draw and deserve a break like anyone else.

At the end of the derby I’m shooting off to Tenerife with all my family for a well deserved week in the sun. I’m driven to succeed so I can have some really nice holidays.

Back to the action Kincraig Rory fell out of the boxes and could only make third. Jordans Brianna bolted out but couldn’t hold the strong finish Mind the Net coming second.

Benkaat Nero made it a poor nights work for the derby tips when coming fifth and never taking part in his heat. However Aero Nemesis hosed up for the GMT service advised at 9/4 to brighten the night a bit. Both Nemesis and Roxholme Ted are still flying the flag for our ante post hopes. I added Metro Jack and he duly hosed up. So we have three runners in Tuesdays Quarter Finals.

Sunday usual kennel visit was followed by a phone call to Angus the Dog my Henlow source to see if there was anything that took his eye but he thought it was a poor card and after chatting further I decided that it was better to have a bet free day.

Monday is always catch up day – watching every race video I can get my hands on – you must do your homework. Fail to prepare – prepare to fail. Looked at Nottingham thought about giving Final Nike another spin but decided against it (he won) and sent out another no bet day – mainly as it was going to be a busy day tomorrow at Wimbledon.

Tuesday up with the larks, I backed then sent out my tips to both my Derby and GMT services. I then caught up with this diary. Popped out for a spot of lunch with my favourite ladies Mrs D, my daughter Rachelle, daughter in law  Ammie-Lou and my grand daughter Poppy-Rose. Then before I knew it – showtime on sky sports 4.

First up was Black Francis advised at 10/1 who set a frantic pace in the marathon before being headed off the last bend finishing third but was only beaten a length and a half. This is still a marathon dog to follow in 2014.

Romantic Rambo at 13/2 was next up in the stayers where many had rowed in with Droopys Ed Moses & Tyrur Sugar Ray but Rambo and Ray battled it out all the way round with Rambo just proving the stronger to land us a nice profit on the night. The GMT final selection Savana Miesque 7/1 never came away threatened briefly before dropping away tamely.

Derby time and Aero Nemesis was tipped up to my derby service clients at 80/1 and tonight at 9/4 made no mistake after breaking moderately from trap 3, he showed tremendous pace up to lead them a merry dance making to remain unbeaten in the competition so far. He was rewarded with his plum trap 6 box in Saturdays semi final.

My second selection Holdem Spy 7/4 probably ran the best race I have ever seen from a dog who didn’t win nor qualify. He broke in his usual tardy manner but was going well into the bend when the trap 4 runner Kincraig Rory clipped the inside rail bouncing into Lughill? George and Holdem Spy who were carried wide off the track – he must have been a dozen lengths off the pace when set about reducing the deficit, at the line he failed by 2 1/2 lengths to catch the winner and failed to qualify by a short head! An amazing run.

Metro Jack our addition to our ante post portfolio at 33/1 qualified comfortably for the semis a long way behind Mind the Net who is the big danger to us landing our 80/1 voucher.

A good nights work.

Wednesday no bets advised at either Romford or Peterborough’s graded RPGTV cards.
Revised Thursdays Hove card and Romford Friday card.

Thursday sent out one selection at Hove to my GMT subscribers. Helped Mrs D with the badly needed garage clean out and subsequent tip trip. Popped down to the local turf accountants to watch my bitch run – she came third and is a graders dream dog – last seven runs one win and six third places. Home to catch up with the newsletter. Then it was time to tune into Ch 212 to watch Hove and Monmore. Our selection Royal Razldazl trapped out well but was badly roughed up at the first bend and she performed miracles to finish a close up third only beaten two necks – a Holdem Spy like performance. Unlucky but that’s dog racing it’s not always the fastest dog that wins!

Friday early start newsletter to send out with accompanying free tip. We’re on a four timer this month and can I supply another winner for all my hungry for winners newsletter readers.

I have been so impressed with Jim Reynolds Borna Monty recently at Romford and I think he can win again tonight. He showed tremendous gears to lead out of the second bend after being led up last week. He seems to be right back to his very best form just now.

Be Lucky

Romford 10.11
Borna Monty
Win bet @ 7/4 Betfred Stan James Ladbrokes
